All hail the mighty Jaywalker!
Ok, maybe not that big of a feat, but this is the first sock I have completed that was intended for myself knit in fingering weight yarn. It took me months, it seems, but I finally got’r done. Plus, it fits better than any I’ve attempted before.
Anywho, this is sock numero uno.
- Pattern: Grumperina‘s Jaywalker
- Size: To fit 11″ foot (size 43/44)
- Yarn: Opal Handpainted
- Needles: Knit Picks Options, 32″ fixed circular, size 2.5mm
- Modifications:
- Lengthened heel flap to 3″ to accommodate high instep
- Shortened cuff to 3″ long as I don’t care for crew socks
